The company designs, manufactures, and markets heat-not-burn (HNB) sticks to customers worldwide. The Lao factory was established in March, 2023. As part of business growth, Ccobato is inviting high-calibre candidates to join the team.

Job location: Kaysone Phomvihane District, Savannakhet Province

1. Key Responsibilities / ໜ້າທີ່ຄວາມຮັບຜິດຊອບຫຼັກ:

• Coordinate transportation for incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport companies, and internal departments to schedule shipments.

• Maintain records of shipping documentation, delivery notes, and transport schedules.

• Track and report shipment status, delays, and delivery confirmations.

• Optimize transport routes and costs where possible.

1. Customs Responsibilities: ໜ້າທີ່ດ້ານພາສີນຳເຂົ້າ-ສົ່ງອອກ:

• Prepare and review import/export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, COO, B/L, HS codes).

• ຈັດທຳ ແລະ ກວດທານເອກະສານນຳເຂົ້າ/ສົ່ງອອກ (ເຊັ່ນ: ໃບເກັບເງິນ, ໃບແພັກສິນຄ້າ, ໃບຮັບຮອງຖິ່ນກຳເນີດ, ໃບຂົນສົ່ງ, ລະຫັດ HS)

• Coordinate with customs brokers and local authorities for smooth customs clearance.

• Monitor and ensure payment of duties, taxes, and other customs-related fees.

• Maintain updated knowledge of customs laws, tariff changes, and trade agreements.

• Resolve customs queries, delays, or inspections in a timely manner.

  Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field
• ປະລິນຍາຕີ ສາຂາ ໂລຈິສຕິກ, ການຄ້າລະຫວ່າງປະເທດ, ທຸລະກິດ ຫຼື ສາຂາທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງ
• Minimum 23 years of experience in logistics, customs clearance, or import/export operations
• ມີປະສົບການ 23 ປີ ໃນດ້ານໂລຈິສຕິກ, ຂະບວນການຜ່ານພາສີ ຫຼື ການນຳເຂົ້າ-ສົ່ງອອກ
• Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, or logistics providers
• ມີປະສົບການເຮັດວຽກກັບພາສີ, ບໍລິສັດຂົນສົ່ງ ຫຼື ຜູ້ໃຫ້ບໍລິການໂລຈິສຕິກ
• Knowledge of government portals and customs declaration platforms (if applicable)

• Proficiency in English and local language
