Coordinator - Maintenance Planning

Reporting to the Coordinator - Maintenance Planning is responsible for supporting the operations in enabling fixed plant and mobile plant equipment to perform at budgeted availability, performance and costs. By assisting with developing detailed long-term shutdown and major maintenance planning, scheduling, materials management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Create a long-term plan of all materials and resources.
- Coordinate material resources.
- Manage major components and rotables.
- Ensure the accuracy of asset records in the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Develop budgets and forecast the cost.
- Provide accurate plant and equipment availability forecasts.
- Enhance work management processes across all areas.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in the mining and maintenance field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Lao and English, including a talent for report writing.
- Ability to prepare estimates for any electrical/mechanical projects.
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Hold a valid Lao drivers licence (Class B).
