Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Action following the policy and assignation of Equipment Maintenance Assistant Manager.

2. Provide RCA or 5Whyto to prevent reoccurence, time and cost reduction.

3. Take owner in which area responding to commander depended on situations for secure the production process.

4. Create, Revise PM documents to maintain all machines and ensure they are in good condition and ready to use.

5. Evaluate of all subordinates nd provide training need to improve their skills.

6. Ensure all subordinates of team following the rules and safety standard, LOTO etc.

7. Prepare tools, Spare part and equipment to support the subordinates of team.

8. Daily meeting with production team in responsible area.

9. Encourage and lead subordinates of team to support job request for project Modification and improvement, GE, Safety.

10. Following the company policy nd 5's in the response area.

11. Provide the technical training course to subordinate of team.

12. Check and approval for over time request of subordinate for Repair, support PM & Project request in each team.(Maint. Sup and Maint. Engineer can approve)

13. Ensure all contractors respect the company policies.

14. Have to know & understand the company procedure and policies and also to cooperate with company in audit activities such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc. moreover to attend the compulsory training course i.e. Orientation Program, Safety Officer Training etc.

15. Perform the jobs and projects as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

• Strong Electrical knowledge
• Mechanicals is preferable
• Knowledge of PLC (programeable logic controller)
• Computer interfce, VB programing
• Analytical and decision making.
• Good Communication skill and able to communicate in English.
• Computer skill.
• People management skill.
• Supervisory and Leadership skill.
• Costing basic knowledge.
• Project Management skill.
