Position: Deputy Manager / Executive Coordinator & HR Officer

Job Summary:
Responsible for overall coordination, supporting the Director's work, managing HR functions, and ensuring smooth and efficient internal administrative operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (Contractors, Suppliers, Partners)
  • Assist the Director in tracking tasks and implementing plans
  • Represent the Director in meetings or coordination when required
  • Prepare and draft official documents (Reports, Memos, basic Contracts)
  • Manage and organize company documentation and records
  • Handle HR functions (recruitment, selection, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and internal policies
  • Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders
  • Support general administrative tasks (Office management, Procurement, Scheduling)
  • Monitor performance and report updates to the Director

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in administration or HR (preferred)

Skills:

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Excellent document drafting and professional communication skills
  • Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of responsibility and confidentiality

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based with occasional external meetings (partners / project sites)
  • Work closely with the Director
  • Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
