Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day implementation of field projects, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and in accordance with project objectives and organizational standards
  • Plan, coordinate and implement health related programs and initiatives to achieve project objectives
  • Serve as the primary on site focal point and coordinate closely with medical teams, provincial hospitals, local authorities, volunteers, and community partners to ensure smooth project operations
  • Supervise and guide project staff and volunteers, ensuring duties are carried out effectively and in compliance with established procedures and requirements
  • Manage patient services and volunteer arrangements, ensuring effective patient flow, accurate documentation, and proper maintenance of project records
  • Monitor project progress, identify operational challenges, and take appropriate actions to ensure the successful delivery of project activities
  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resource deployment to support the effective operation of medical outreach and field activities
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with local counterparts, hospitals, government agencies, and community stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned by Project Country Director & Senior Field Office Coordinator

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Public Health, Healthcare Management or other relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in public health, healthcare, humanitarian, NGO, community development, or field project management. Experience in hospital administration or medical outreach programs is an advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken Lao, and English
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with strong sense of responsibility
  • Willing to station in project sites in Lao PDR (Accommodation is provided)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
