Assistant Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Program & Agency Leadership
- Lead and manage the Champa agency and Champa Activation program to deliver business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of channel initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement of program effectiveness and execution standards.
Sales Planning & Performance Management
- Develop, manage, and track the Champa Sales Plan to achieve growth targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
- Provide regular performance analysis, reporting, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Budget & Resource Management
- Own and manage the Champa budget to ensure effective and efficient allocation of resources.
- Track program investments, monitor spending, and deliver strong return on investment.
Retail Visibility & Execution Excellence
- Ensure Champa stores consistently comply with Unilever visibility and merchandising standards.
- Partner with field teams to enhance in-store execution, brand presence, and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular audits and follow-up actions to maintain execution excellence.
Capability Building & Training
- Lead the Champa Lady Capability Program, including training, coaching, and development initiatives.
- Design and coordinate learning interventions to strengthen selling, merchandising, and execution capabilities.
- Drive adoption of capability-building programs and performance improvement initiatives.

Technical & Functional Skills
- Proven program coordination and project management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions.
- Experience managing field execution and capability-building programs.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and translate insights into action plans.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Power BI
- PowerPoint
- Digital productivity and reporting tools

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience working with field sales teams and commercial functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Lao and good business-level English communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the FMCG industry.
- Background in sales capability and training programs.
- Knowledge of sales excellence frameworks and field-force effectiveness.
- Exposure to digital learning platforms and performance-tracking systems.
- Experience supporting retail activation, promoter programs, or field execution initiatives.
